Return and Refund Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
We offer returns with a full refund for items that are damaged or otherwise defective. Please email us at with photos of the damage or defect. If you'd prefer a replacement over a refund, we'll ship a new item to you free of charge.
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you suspect your item was damaged in transit, photograph it immediately and notify us right away. Every item undergoes quality control before shipment, and we use sturdy, protective packaging to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We can only accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery, along with photographic evidence of the damage. If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at XXX.
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund value will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
Please note that compostable liners cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, as they are a hygiene product.
International Returns
As we ship worldwide, please be aware that return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Hi, I'm Quinn 👋
By day, I help high school students navigate the nerve-wracking world of overseas university admissions — crafting strategies, coaching anxious teens, and convincing parents that yes, their child will be okay studying 10,000 km from home. It's equal parts counsellor, cheerleader, and sales pitch.
By night (and every morning at 7am), I answer to two far less reasonable bosses.
Meet Eeyore, my chronically unbothered 13-year-old grey girl who greets every meal with the enthusiasm of someone who didn't ask to be born,
andTigrou, my chaotic 10-year-old orange menace who absolutely lives up to his name.
